We ship worldwide. Orders ship from our fulfillment centers in the United States and overseas, depending on your location and product availability.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
• You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Times & Costs

• Shipping is free on every order, to every country we ship to.
• Estimated delivery after dispatch: 5 to 10 business days.
• Some international orders may take longer due to customs clearance.

Tracking

• A tracking number is sent by email once your order ships.
• Check your spam folder if you don't receive it.

Important Notes

• Delivery times are estimates. Delays can occur due to carriers, weather, customs, or high-volume periods.
• Customs duties and import taxes on international orders, when charged by the destination country, are the responsibility of the customer.
• We are not responsible for packages lost after the carrier confirms delivery.
• If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us with your order number and tracking number. We will help you resolve it.
