Returns and Refunds

• You may return your item within 60 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange.
• The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all parts and original packaging.
• To start a return, email us at support@blasterland.com with your order number. Our support team will reply with the return instructions and the return address.

Refunds and Exchanges

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Exchanges ship free of charge once we receive the returned item.
• We process refunds within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Shipping is free on every order, so there is no original shipping fee to deduct from your refund.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except when the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Exceptions

• Items returned used, damaged by the customer, or missing parts.
• Final sale items, clearly marked as such on the product page.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at support@blasterland.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
